SALES & RETURN POLICY

Burls Art products are handmade, one-of-a-kind artistic works. By purchasing from Burls Art, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and handmade nature of Burls Art products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind

• Buyer's remorse

• Aesthetic preference

• Subjective dissatisfaction

• Minor variations inherent to handmade work

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each product is individually handcrafted. Natural variations in wood grain, color, figure, finish appearance, texture, and other material characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.

Photography Disclaimer

Product photographs are intended to accurately represent the item being sold. Variations in lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and device displays may cause colors and appearances to differ slightly from those viewed in person.

Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged during shipment, the purchaser must notify Burls Art within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Claims must include photographs of:

• The damaged product

• All packaging materials

• The shipping box

Failure to provide timely notice may affect eligibility for shipping insurance claims.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

Burls Art is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring during transit but will reasonably assist in the filing of insurance claims.

Instrument Setup & Environmental Conditions

Wood instruments naturally respond to changes in humidity, temperature, and environmental conditions.

Minor setup adjustments following shipment may be necessary and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty Limitations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, products are sold as-is.

No warranty is provided regarding future wear, finish aging, environmental movement of wood, routine maintenance, or changes resulting from use.

Future Service

Purchase of a product does not include future modifications, repairs, maintenance, setup adjustments, upgrades, or technical support unless separately agreed upon in writing.
